Located at 30 E Apple St Ste. L328, Dayton, OH 45409, Cleveland Dental Institute - Dayton operates as a dentist serving Dayton in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Dayton, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Ohio, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8:30 amβ5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Cleveland Dental Institute - Dayton at (937) 640-3388; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is cdiohio.org, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating stands at 1.8 out of 5 from 28 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Dayton is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Dayton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Ohio's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Tbh I understand about the wait times being terrible, but Iβm more worried about the services so for the wait times Iβm not giving crappy stars. I will start with I only have waited a half hour after my scheduled time. I had 2 teeth extracted today. Dentist was totally a vibe and helped me relax. I was extremely terrified. Iβm super happy with my results so far. This is to be continued and updated as I have at least 5 more visits to go! So far so good tho.

I had to choose 1 star but I give 0. This Dental Office is so unique that they cancel appointments without notifying you. I'm a single parent and cannot afford to take off work to make it to a 130 appointment which does not include free parking. I had to wait in a line to be checked in and was advised my appointment was canceled by the call center. Should I have not received a call to avoid the inconvenience of loss wages and wasted gas? This is UNACCEPTABLE. I called the call center to inquire and could not even get a reason of why they cancelled. But you can reschedule me? For what? To cancel me again? No thank you. There are other Dental offices in the area that actually respect there customers enough to contact you if canceling or needing to reschedule. It's not like service there was great anyway. I've always felt like I was being practiced on by a student whenever I went. I need a REAL Dentist. Thanks for giving me reason to find one.

Can honestly say this place has taught me to check reviews before booking. Consultation appt was an hour behind schedule. Told me almost nothing. Come on to actually get my wisdom teeth out and I wait an hour in the lobby. Wait another hour in the chair. Takes them 2 hours to take out one tooth and I kept telling them I felt pain "are you sure it's not just pressure". They couldn't get my tooth out and as I'm crying in pain I get told "it's ok your tired, I'm tired too" and "I can tell you drink a lot of milk". Yes they stayed half an hour after close instead of giving up but 4 doctors (God I hope they are actually doctors) couldn't get one tooth out and I'm feeling it the entire time. It's all said and done, I go up to reschedule the other teeth and the front desk lady is smirking at me as I can't talk and am doing my best not to cry again. I was terrified going in and honestly the worst decision I could've made. Shouldve listened to my gut and cancelled

0 out of possible 5 is ACCURATE Terribly unprofessional and disorganized company. My dentist referred me here for a complex extraction that specifically required an oral surgeon. After weeks of communication, confusion, and conflicting information, they finally admitted there is no oral surgeon in Dayton at all anymore. That means the referral and scheduling process was based on a major misrepresentation. This also raises serious concerns about billing and insurance representations. Patients should not be scheduled, referred, or processed under the impression that a required specialist is available when the company later admits that specialist is not available at that location. Corporate should review whether any claims, referrals, or insurance-related communications tied to this case were accurate, because misrepresenting services in a medical or dental setting can have serious legal and regulatory consequences. Even worse, my cardiologist, primary care doctor, and dentist all tried to reach the site using contact information from CDIβs own website and business cards, but that information was wrong or nonfunctional. CDI appears to know this is a problem. The only way to get any
